Freshly baked with all natural ingredients, no premixes, no preservatives and nothing artificial. They have the distinct quality and goodness that only comes from baking from scratch and all flavours are layered with quality chocolate ganache and silky smooth Swiss meringue buttercream.
Please be advised that cakes are baked in an environment where gluten, eggs, dairy and nuts are present.

Croquembouche 80 profiteroles filled with creme patissiere and finished in white or dark chocolate from $200 (extra profiteroles $1.50ea)
Cake size guide based on standard height 10cm
Two tier round cakes will provide from 30 dessert portions or 50 coffee portions
Three tier round cakes (standard height) will provide from 60 dessert portions or 100 coffee size portions.
Industry standard portions are -
5cm x 2.5cm for dessert 2.5cm x 2c.5m for coffee
Slab/ Kitchen cakes to make up extra portions with your order
$2.00 per dessert portion, $1.00 per coffee size portion
