Freshly baked with all natural ingredients, no premixes, no preservatives and nothing artificial. They have the distinct quality and goodness that only comes from baking from scratch and all flavours are layered with quality chocolate ganache and silky smooth Swiss meringue buttercream. 


Please be advised that cakes are baked in an environment where gluten, eggs, dairy and nuts are present.


Cupcakes  From $3.50ea - piped with silky smooth Swiss meringue buttercream swirl  (minimum 24)


Croquembouche  80 profiteroles filled with creme patissiere and finished in white or dark chocolate from $250  (extra profiteroles $1.70ea)


Cake size guide based on standard height 10cm

Two tier round cakes will provide around 40 dessert portions or 70 coffee portions

Three tier round cakes (standard height) will provide around 70 dessert portions or 100 coffee size portions.

Industry standard portions are -

5cm x 2.5cm for dessert    2.5cm x 2c.5m for coffee

Slab/ Kitchen cakes to make up extra portions with your order

$2.00 per dessert portion, $1.00 per coffee size portion



Cake prices in my galleries are based on regular flavours, there is an extra cost for fruitcake.
